We dedicate love and passion to our kitchen. We personally cook the dishes following grandmothers receipts of the Mediterranean diet. We just use seasonal vegetables and only fresh ingredients, possibly using raw materials directly from Dugi otok's farmers and anglers.
Some dishes we love are: thinly sliced raw tuna fish, grilled fish and meat with vegetables, pasta and riotto with schrims and sea food. The Peka with meat or octopus is a traditional dish of Dugi otok where the food is cooked under a cast iron shaped bell covered by ash: delicious!
The big wooden tables are situated in the garden near to the sea border: a nice place with good atmosphere where to spend your holiday evenenings!
